RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mainly responsible for Process department and Equipment department.
1. According to company operation strategy, establish product process and equipment orientation and responsible for effective process and equipment management.
2. Establish and optimize regulation, process and management tools to ensure high effective operation of product process and equipment management.
3. Responsible for related budget and cost management, drive significant investment reduction through improvement activities.
4. Lead lessons learnt and best practice in process engineering and equipment management to achieve continuous improvement.
5. Responsible for team management, including coaching, motivation and development for subordinates.
REQUIREMENT:
1. Bachelor degree in Electrical or mechanism Engineering, focus on Electronics and mechanism.
2. Minimum 3 years engineering team management experiences in a foreign-owned multinational environment in related industry, preferably in automotive industry.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with basic technical knowledge of related products and automotive technology.
4. Proficient in ME, IE, Lean, TPM, good cost sense, continuous improvement sense.
5. Personal Attributes: loyal, honest, responsible and reliable, friendly and open to new challenges, proactive, dynamic and self-motivated, ambitious and entrepreneurial, creative, solution and results oriented.
6. Foreigner is preferred.

This person coordinates projects, coverage and work flow within the department.
