TCS China Profile
TCS pioneered the entry of Indian IT industry in China in 2002 and remains at the forefront of that thrust. TCS is the first WOFE (wholly-owned foreign enterprise) in China and now operates 5 Global Delivery centers (GDCs) － －Beijing, Hangzhou, Tianjin, Shenzhen and Shanghai.

Create and maintain process documentation Create Program Letters based on approved workflow subject to regional terms & conditions On Boarding Channel partners for different incentive programs per guidelines Validation of supporting documents (proof of execution) submitted by Worldwide partners Validating data on Partner sales reports in comparison to the claims submitted and approve, reject or clarify before approval Reconciling claims and sales figures Perform process training to peers and enable successful knowledge transfer and backup structure Create and maintain calculation models for different incentive programs as per approved guidelines Responding to queries and questions from Internal and external stakeholders Participate and support automation initiatives across different categories and incentive programs Updating daily and weekly reports and Participate in Weekly / Monthly / Adhoc calls Quality check of deliverables to ensure 100% accurate output Be part of BCP actions and support Team Lead / Delivery Manager in ensuring compliance and continuity of business Working as part of a multinational team with teams located in Dublin, Budapest, Manila and Dalian as needed Proactively escalate delivery issues to Delivery Manager / Customer Basic Requirements: a.
