工作职责:1，Working closely with Accounting,Planning team and business stakeholders on all aging GR cleaning,ensure all necessary supporting is prepared well and archived2，Monitor and enable daily Procure to pay process are on track,includes PR/PO with the right band level approval,PO issue with the right supplier and valid contract, GR/GR reverse completion with valid supporting and compliance,regular billing check and payment proposal submission3, Deliver governance and deployment capabilities for Procure to Pay policy, process, system and support capability enhancement in partnership with related cross pillars stakeholders4,Define and maintain digital analytics solutions and key operational metrics for ongoing performance measurement5,Lead , Coach, and develop Buyers/ payment coordinators to their fullest potential6,Lead the collaboration and cooperation of plans to drive business results,process excellence and sustained capabilities.7,Good organization and planning skills; good time management for emergent issue and priorities任职资格:1, At least 4 years related working experience2,Familiarwithpurchasingpaymentprocess3, Good data analysis and task management skills4,CET 4 or above, fluent in reading and writing [详情]
