Key Responsibilites:- Build up the company's "green-field" material handling management function of general assembly shopOversee/manage all material handling equipments of general assembly shop.Develop/progress material supply method for general assembly shop.Coordinator between general assembly shop and PC&L.Develop material handling routing and storage plan.Develop PFEP/routing plan/package evaluation.Qualifications:- The knowledge of material handling in automobile area5 years experience of 'lean' material handling in general assembly shop.Be familiar with the procedure of package/shelf/rack verification.Know how to design/modify kit for new model.Know how to develop M/H process document such as PFEP.Know all kinds of material handling method for different parts.Know main suppliers of material handling equipment in China.Self initiated, fact based and result driven.Great inspirer and coacher to the technician team.Able to solve problems in structured ways.Flexible with the dynamic start-up environment and international team setup.Able to perform under pressure and committed to deliver and exceed expectationsStrong with issue identification/prioritization, resource deployment, execution management and results measurement.- Educational background and language skillsBachelor with an engineering/manufacturing discipline preferable.Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.Skilful CAD operation
