具体岗位描述：

Key Responsibilites:- Responsible for new car launch as the representative of production area, do prototype vehicle assembly(chassis/powertrain parts)Develop OIS/WES/WPS etc process documents based on the process card (PAD/ISFO etc).Do line balance based on actual production status.Do station layout based on actual production status.Evaluation tools/equipments/facilities/jigs status.Evaluation material handling plan.Trainer for line operators.Do assembly feasibility evaluation together with ME engineers.Do ergonomic evaluation together with ME engineers.Assistant ME engineers to do gap & flushness study.Assistant ME engineers to do issues trouble shooting.Qualifications:- The knowledge of tools/torque5 year experience. 3 years experience work in automobile OEM is preferred.Be familiar with the vehicle structure and with high assembly skill especially has the experience of marriage station and engine sub-assembly line.Know how to select tools based on the requirement from both engineering and production.Know how to develop process documents (OIS/WES/WPS) based on process card (PAD/ISFO).Know how to do line balancing for different variants and different models.Know how to modify station layout and material handling plan for variants and different models.Great inspirer and coacher to the production team.Able to solve problems in structured ways.Flexible with the dynamic start-up environment and international team setup.Able to perform under pressure and committed to deliver and exceed expectationsStrong with issue identification/prioritization, resource deployment, execution management and results measurement.- Educational background and language skillsProfessional school or technical school graduate is required. Junior college degree with an engineering/manufacturing discipline is preferable.Basic verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.Can communicate with other people very well.
