具体岗位描述：

Key Objectives and Scope of the Position 关键目标和职位范畴：
管理发动机工厂研发部和根据公司发展战略，拟定公司中远期研发计划并完成研发工作计划目标.
Manage RD department of the engine plant and set long and medium term development plan in accordance with company development strategy and implement RD working schedule targets.

RD project management and decision making:
协助经管会制定公司的新产品发展战略规划；
Assist Bussiness Management Board to set up a product develpoment strategy planning;
负责公司产品技术框架的选型与搭建；
Responsible for product technical framework selection and build;
负责组织制定和实施技术开发战略规划，及时了解和监督技术开发战略规划
的执行情况，提出修订计划方案；
Responsible for organize, set up and implement technical development strategy planning; have a timely undetstanding and supervise it and put forward revised planning proposal;
负责组织制定和实施新产品的研发计划，及时了解和监督新产品的研发的执
行情况，提出修订方案；
Responsible for organize,set up and implement nwe product RD planning;have a timely undetstanding and supervise it and put forward revised planning proposal;
参与制定公司年度研发计划和预算方案；
Participate in making annual RD plan and budget plan for the company.

\\\部门年度计划及任务目标制定：
Annual plan and target-settig of own department :
制定研发中心、实验室年度工作计划，并组织实施；
draft annual working schdule of the RD Center and Lab, and organize and implement it;
分管部门重要任务阶段工作计划，并监督、协助实施执行；
Responsible for working schedule of important milestones of own department and supervise, assist and implement it.\\\
\\\领导研发中心（实验室）工作：
Lead the works of RD Center(Lab)
组织制定技术开发管理规程、技术标准，并负责监督实施；
Set up technical development management regulations and technical standards and supervise its implementation;
组织新产品开发、专利设计规划工作，并负责监督实施；
Organize new product development and patent design planning, and supervise its implementation;
组织技术创新规划工作，并负责监督实施；
Organize technical innovation planning and supervise its implementation;
建立技术开发项目信息，引领行业前沿技术信息；
Set up technical development project information and lead the advanced industry technical information;\\\
\\\公司产品管理体系建立：
Product management system setup:
建立公司产品技术管理体系，并负责组织贯彻；
set up product technical management system and organize its implementation;
建立公司规范化的产品标准文件，并负责组织实施；
Set up standardized product standard documents and organize its implementation;
制定公司的产品质检标准文件，并负责组织实施；
Set up product quality control standard documents and organzie its implementation;
建立技术管理信息系统，建立规范的技术管理数据库；
Set up technical management info system and standardized technical management database;
参与公司新产品鉴定工作，并实施中试；
Participate in the assessment of the new prodcuts and implement pilot testing.

\\\公司技术支持工作：
Technical support :
组织参与相关技术培训，解决产品的技术问题；
Organize and participate in relevant technical training and solve technical question of products;
组织解决客户投诉中的技术、质量问题解决；
Organize and solve technical and quality problems issued by customer complaints;
组织参与科技项目的投标及申报工作；
Organize and participate in bidding and application of technical projects.\\\
\\\团队的建设和管理：
Team build and management:
分管部门的员工队伍建设，提出和审核对下属人员调配、培训、考核意见；
The team build of own department, raise and review suggestions towards allocation, training and performance appraisal of own subordinates;
负责协调分管部门内部、分管部门之间、分管部门与公司其它部门间关系，
解决争议；
Coordinate relations within the department, bewteen other departments and solve disputes;

监督分管部门的工作目标和经费预算的执行情况，及时给予指导；
Supervise execution of the targets and budget of own department and give advices;

Expertise of engine technology and its management, technical innovation management systems.\\\

Be familiar with advanced technology and development trend of current vehicle and engine industries.\\\
\\\通晓新产品开发的流程，具备项目管理专业知识
Have a good knowledge of new product development process and project management skills\\\
\\\掌握行业产品的市场特点和生产过程
Have a full understanding of market features and production process of the products in the industry.\\\
