职位描述:
岗位职责
1、负责电机产品开发工作；
Develop Motor Products;
2、负责产品的问题分析及解决；
Problem analysis and solving;
3、负责天窗产品BOM、3D、2D、工程更改等技术资料的创建、维护及发放；
Manage BOM、3D、2D、Engineering change of Sunroof products and so on;
4、主导完成产品规范和试验大纲，参与软件，硬件的验证工作；
Conduct Motor Spec. and Validation list. Participate in test for hardware and software;
5、开发项目过程中客户和供应商之间的技术联系人；
Project technical Contact person for engineering with customer and supplier;
6、负责技术支持工作。
Technic issue support.

任职资格
1、具有一定的汽车电机类产品的的设计和制造的知识；
Have knowledge of automotive Motor products design and manufacture;
2、具备一定的QS9000, VDA6.1和TS16949知识；
QS9000, VDA6.1 and knowledge of TS16949;
3、熟练使用UG，CATIA等三维软件查看改产品图纸和数模；
Familiar with UG or CATIA to view and change product drawings and 3D data;
4、具备一定的零部件供应商开发合作经验；
Have suppliers development experience;
5、汽车电机相关专业本科以上学历，英语四级以上；
Bachelor degree above, majored in auto motor engineering and related, CET-4 at least;
6、3年以上的独资公司或者合资公司工作经验；
At least 3 years working experience in foreign company or foreign joint venture company;
7、善于人际沟通与协调，较强的语言和文字表达能力；
Good at interpersonal communicate and negotiate, have strong speaking and writing expressive ability;
8、能承受压力性工作。
