Recruiting and allocation:recruiting policy, channel management and continuous improvement.
员工招聘与配置: 招聘策略、渠道管理和持续优化。
Training and development: training and career development policy,talent development design.
员工培训与开发: 培训与职业发展体系,人才梯队建设。
Performance management: performance evaluation policy buildup and continuous improvement.
绩效管理,绩效管理政策的制定与持续优化。
Compensation and benefits: Compensation and benefits policy buildup and continuous improvement.
薪酬福利管理,薪酬及福利政策制定与持续优化。
Employee relationship management:intercommunication policy and channel buildup,risk management.
员工关系管理,内部沟通政策、渠道建设和用工风险的管理。
HR team management:Develop team by coaching,trainings,provide necessary support to team members.
HR 团队管理:通过指导、培训等培养团队并给团队成员提供必要的业务支持。

教育背景
Bachelor’s degree above in Business Administration, or Human Resources Management or equivalent
本科及以上学历,工商管理、人力资源等相关专业。
