组织和建立符合局方规章要求的航材保障系统；
根据公司政策和适航规章的要求，组织编写、修订航材管理和库房管理相关的工作程序；
组织航材计划、采购、送修、仓储等工作；
建立航材计划和库房管理体系；
负责航材成本控制和管理工作；
组织完成航材部门员工绩效考评工作。
任职资格：
大专（含）以上学历；
八年以上相关工作经验，其中包含至少五年航材部门工作经历及贰年以上的管理经历；
熟悉CCAR145部及相关咨询通告的要求；
熟悉航材管理和库房管理相关的工作程序；
具备良好的英语写作和沟通能力；
优秀的组织协调能力，人际沟通技巧。
