-大专以上工科相关专业
-10年以上相关注塑、橡胶模具调试、修理和维护工作经验；
-注塑和注胶过程模具异常问题的分析和处理;很强的动手处理问题能力;
-熟练和安全使用各种工具的能力。
-积极进取，责任心强，很强的自我约束力，独立工作和承受压力的能力；
-善于学习，创新能力强；
-人际沟通、交往能力强；
-高度的工作热情，良好的团队合作精神。
职位职责：
-协助模修工程师的日常工作；
-EM生产单元的模具和治具的预防性维护保养，推进模具保养计划有序开展；
-EM生产单元的模具备件的购买、验收、使用和管理等；
-对EM生产单元的模具在使用过程中异常停机进行维修并保留维修记录，维护模具资料手册中维修内容；
-定期（每周、每月）分析异常模具停机原因制定改善措施，定期更新预防维护计划保养项目；
-按生产要求主导EM生产单元的模具外发维修，包括维修方案、时间和费用等；
-部门经理交待的其它工作内容。
