Primary responsibilities主要职责:

- Work with Commercial Team to collect and convert primary and secondary customer information into terms relevant to company – competitive analysis, cost/feature/benefit tradeoffs, return of investment estimates.同商务部一起收集客户信息，并做出竞争分析，成本/特点/利益，投资回报估算。
- Convert new product or product alteration projects into requirements for technology, quality, and production team implementation.把新产品或产品改进项目转化为具体的产品、质量、生产执行要求。
- Evaluate and assess the impact of current and future regulatory developments such as GB, IEC, and CCC to ensure continued compliance of company’s products. 衡量和评估现有GB, IEC和CCC等标准的作用和发展以确保公司产品的合规性。
- Advise Production and Quality teams on tools and equipment requirements for new product or product alterations. 在新产品或产品改进上对生产和质量团队给予工具和设备的指导。
- Work closely with the global technology team to implement new product introductions or major alterations to existing products.同全球技术团队紧密合作，执行新产品的引进或对已有产品的重大改进。
- Staff, train, and manage technology team. 组建，培训，管理技术团队。
- Collaborate with all cross functional teams such as EHS, Quality, and Sourcing as required to insure guidelines for safety, quality, and adherence to company policies are met. 同EHS,质量，采购等部门合作确保安全，质量的原则和公司政策被遵守。
- Work with cross functional teams such as Quality, Sourcing, and Production to continuously evaluate ways to improve quality, reduce cost, and improve customer satisfaction. 同质量，采购，生产等部门合作来持续提高质量，降低成本，提高客户满意度。
- Provide technical consultation on project bids as required. 提供竞标时的技术咨询。
- Authorize and control the use of technical information to protect the companies intellectual property. 保护公司知识产权，对技术信息的授权和使用管理。
- Operate an efficient technical publications section to enable up to date technical references (manuals, service bulletins, etc.) to be readily available and accessible to all personnel. 高效地管理技术资料（手册，技术文档等），及时更新并能够传达到相关人员。
- Support post-sale customer needs as required. 必要时提供售后支持。
- Support manufacturing as required for in-process product changes and in-house repairs.必要时对生产提供支持，比如过程中产品的变更和场内维修。

Qualifications资质:
Minimum基本要求:
- Bachelors or above in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, or Manufacturing Engineering.电气，机械，材料或机械工程专业本科或以上学历。
- Minimum of 5 years engineering experience of industrial products.至少5年以上行业产品的工作经验。
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills. 较强的领导能力。
- Previous experience with low, medium, or DC voltage switchgear.有过低压，中压或者直流柜的工作经验。
- Good communication skills, Chinese written and spoken, English written. 良好的沟通技能：中文的口头和书面表达，英文的书面表达。
- Self-starter, fast learner, and team player with strong interpersonal skills. 有主动性，快速学习，团队合作，有很强的人际交往能力。
- Strong PC skills (MS Office). 熟练掌握计算机操作能力（MS Office）.

Preferred additional优选要求:
- Proven commercial skills such as product management, application engineer, sales engineer.有过作为产品管理，应用工程师，销售工程师的商务技能。
- Proven experience in switchgear manufacturing and supplier qualification. 有开关柜制造和供应商资格审核经验。
- Experience in a global organization and multi-national corporation. 有在全球性机构和跨国公司工作经验。
- Verbal communication skills in English. 有良好的英语口语能力。
- Previous experience in a factory startup. 有建厂初期经验。
- Previous experience working in a quality environment such as ISO9000. 有在ISO9000等质量体系公司的工作经验。
