1. Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) that aligns with regulatory requirements and industry standards. 2. Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and guidelines regarding quality and QMS. 3. Conduct periodic QMS audits at all locations to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and update quality policies, procedures, and work instructions. 5. Review and approve QMS-related documents, including quality manuals, protocols, reports, and validations. 6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and provide support for the implementation of quality improvement projects. 7. Maintain and analyze Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 8. Develop and deliver training programs related to the QMS to ensure awareness and understanding across the organization. 9. Lead and/or participate in investigations of non-conformances, customer complaints, and corrective/preventive actions. 10. Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in quality management and assurance.
