THE ROLE ?We are currently expanding internal recruitment team in China and welcoming expressions of interest from those that would like to explore inhouse opportunity with Hudson RPO.?Base at Shanghai and Working in a small team spread across APAC, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment activities of the RPO, Project and Search businesses in china. ?You ‘ve exposure to work with several leaders/hiring managers, your stakeholder management skill is second to none. ?This role seeks a Senior Recruiter who is able to build recruitment process delivery through sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to the hiring managers. ?We are looking for someone that can hit the ground running and is comfortable with a more ambiguous environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIE ?You have a strong attention to detail, organized and structured in your work. As a recruitment professional, you are comfortable guiding and mentoring junior staff as needed. ?Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategy to source candidates meeting hiring managers' profile and/or building talent pool for current and future requirements. ?Managing the full end-to-end recruitment cycle from initial hiring manager briefing through to offer management. ?Engage with stakeholders across the business, regularly updating all parties on the status of your allocated requisitions ?Recruitment across a range of functions for professional-level roles. ?Develop and implement sourcing strategies and channels to build relevant talent pools. SKILL AND EXPERIENCED REQUIRED ?To be successful in this role you will highlight positive and pro-active communication skills with different stakeholders, peers and candidates. ?The success profile for this role includes: 1.Develop, discuss and deliver multi-channel sourcing strategies. 2.Ability to influence stakeholders and to drive courageous conversations. 3.Ability to “push back” and seek a mutually beneficial arrangement. 4.Ability to build rapport quickly and manage expectations. 5.Robust personality C determined, resilient, driven and organized. ?Sound knowledge of RPO environment will be an advantage. ?Bachelor’s degree, business level of English and Chinese in verbal and written. 1、根据公司和客户需要研发火锅锅底产品,并及时提报研发进度;做好新产品测试计划,做好产品测试记录(市场测试、货架期稳定性测试和防腐测试等),发现问题及时解决;根据试验结果进行口味评价,以及原料测试和感官评定,做出产品改进。

2、负责研发项目立项,配方及工艺设计、小试、中试、试产跟进等相关工作;负责中试产品的标准化流程归纳和整理;负责编制新产品相关的技术、工艺流程文件及检验验收标准;建立和完善新产品工艺技术及产品配方资料库,负责技术资料档案信息的规整及保密工作。
3、负责收集国内外技术资料,关注新产品新趋势动向;收集、研究竞争对手的产品,进行技术分析及配方结构分析;定期和不定期的进行国内外市场及新技术信息资料的收集归档。 [详情]
