岗位职责:
1. 协助部门负责人统筹项目的设计、方案落地、推动交叉背景的团队合作。
2. 进行项目的调研(包括但不限于多肽分子筛选、环肽的设计、多肽文库构建等)、实验方案的制定、优化与执行。
3.具备新技术的敏锐性和前瞻性,持续对技术进行升级,完成相关技术的知识产权布局。
4.追踪行业最新研发动态与趋势,整理和分享相关产业的发展和技术进步情况,为研发战略方向提供科学支撑
1.Assist the department head in coordinating the design of projects, implementing plans, and promoting teamwork with cross-disciplinary backgrounds.
2.Conduct project research (including but not limited to polypeptide molecule screening, cyclic peptide design, polypeptide library construction, etc.), formulate, optimize and execute experimental plans.
3.Possess sensitivity and foresight for new technologies, continuously upgrade technologies, and complete the intellectual property layout of related technologies.
4.Track the la**** research and development trends in the industry, collate and share the development and technological progress of related industries, and provide scientific support for the research and development strategic direction.

1. 微生物学、合成生物学、分子生物学、结构生物学、生物化学等相关专业;
2. 擅长酵母展示技术,并通过该技术成功筛选获得工程改造的新型多肽,具有丰富的多肽药物开发相关经验优先。
3. 对基因编码非天然氨基酸的知识以及研究进展有了解者优先;具有多肽和蛋白理性设计相关经验;具有生物信息学、AI背景的专业人才优先;
4. 具有带领团队的经验,有非常强的学习能力,解决问题的能力和团队协作能力;抗压力强。
1.Majors in microbiology, synthetic biology, molecular biology, structural biology, biochemistry, etc.
2.Be proficient in yeast display technology and have successfully screened and obtained engineered new polypeptides through this technology. Rich experience in polypeptide drug development is highly desired.
3.Candidates with knowledge and understanding of genetically encoding non-natural amino acids are preferred; those with relevant experience in rational design of polypeptides and proteins are preferred; professionals with backgrounds in bioinformatics and AI are preferred.
4.Have experience in leading teams, have very strong learning ability, problem-solving ability and teamwork ability; be highly resistant to pressure.
